The very first Nomodic build was part of a remote workforce initiative, and we've been innovating and fine-tuning remote lodging and industrial building projects ever since. From full turnkey accommodations, warehouses, offices, and control rooms, to single phases such as installations, retrofits, or dismantles/demolitions, our flexible and transparent approach supports any or all project phases.

NGL Processing Facilities

  • Status: Completed (2023)
  • Size:2,443 sq.ft. (WRF1), 4,069 sq.ft. (WFS)
  • Scope: Design, Build, Install, Site Development, PM/CM

Completed in early 2023, these two facilities for Wolf Midstream include a Wolf Recovery Facility (WRF1) and Wolf Feedstock Separation complex (WFS). Both facilities feature large control rooms through which employees process natural gas liquids (NGLs).

68-Suite Operator Lodge

  • Location: Altares, B.C.
  • Status: Phase 1 Completed September 2015, Phase 2 Completed April 2021
  • Size: 21,024 sq.ft.
  • Levels: 2
  • Suites: 34 (68 after Phase 2 completion)
  • Scope: Design-build

  • Custom fitness room including weights, cardio equipment, mounted TVs and reinforced floor
  • Bedrooms complete with custom millwork, desk, TV, and mini-fridge

  • Location: Fox Creek, AB.
  • Status: Completed (January 2017)
  • Size: 1,800 sq.ft. shop space w/ 5,500 sq. ft. interior office space
