Nomodic Welcomes Xavier Toby as Senior Director of Operations, Ontario

Nomodic is proud to welcome Xavier Toby as Nomodic’s Senior Director of Operations, Ontario. An accomplished executive, business development leader and strategist with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Xavier excels in leading successful teams, establishing lasting client relationships, and connecting with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to joining Nomodic Xavier served as VP Modular at EllisDon, where he founded and established the company’s modular division — including a 300,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and over 220 employees — and served as leader of the pursuit, preconstruction, design, estimating, and project management teams. With experience working on modular projects throughout Canada, the US, and Australia, Xavier will play an instrumental role in building Nomodic’s presence and relationships in Ontario and Eastern Canada.
Xavier holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Creative Media from RMIT University.
