The right choice
for the Indigenous
housing crisis in
Canada

“Access to safe and affordable housing is critical to improving health and social outcomes and ensuring a better future for Indigenous communities and children.” – Canada Budget 2022

At Nomodic, we recognize the desire of Indigenous peoples to achieve and maintain independence. That journey begins with a safe and dependable place to call home.

  • Nomodic provides Indigenous communities with a culturally supportive environment, subcontracting preferences, business capacity building, employment priority, and training opportunities.
  • Project integration and collaboration establishes a synergy between clients, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders to maximize communication, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Unrivalled access to a wide spectrum of fabrication partners and construction technologies creates flexibility and means clients and communities are never limited to just one choice.
  • Decades of experience delivering modular and prefabricated projects including under CMHC’s Rapid Housing Initiative.
  • Holistic delivery model saves time while providing greater cost and schedule certainty.
  • Focus on investments in technology innovation and leading the evolution of the construction space.

Nomodic wants to continue making a difference in Indigenous communities across Canada.
